Villa Libel is a newly renovated, traditional, 4 bedroom, country farmhouse within walking distance of Es Canar. The villa is set in 65,000 m2 of olive groves, it is the home of their own brand of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The garden area is extensive and has been carefully cultivated by the owners who used to run a garden centre on the mainland. The ample living area extends to almost 400 m2 so the four bedrooms and are large and predominantly feature en-suite bathrooms. All but one of the bedrooms have air conditioning / heating. Several of the beds can be converted into twin arrangements, if required. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor which includes the fully equipped kitchen and several lounge areas, which lead out onto the extensive terrace overlooking the garden and pool. This terrace has a dining table for 12. Alongside the gorgeous and large child friendly pool (19 x 13 m), is a barbecue area with a huge wooden table that can comfortably seat 20 people. The bedrooms boast seaview through the trees, despite the fact that the house is almost at sea level. The closest beaches to the property are Es Canar and Cala Martina.
