A private path leads in 5 minutes directly to the beach. The private land where is located the summer home is on a dead-end small street, offering a peaceful surrounding. Kindly note that: The last section of the access road (800 metres) to this property is on a winding unsurfaced road. As a result of its hillside location, there are some drops and low walls around the terrace and pool area. Small children will need constant supervision.
