Bedroom 2 offers twin beds that can be joined, access to a covered terrace, and an attached bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 4 has twin beds that can be joined, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private entrance from the pool terrace. Bedroom 5, located in the basement with independent access, includes a double bed and an external bathroom. This room is ideal as a spare bedroom or nanny room, as it does not match the same standard as the others. The exterior boasts a welcoming Mediterranean garden with vibrant colors and several chill-out areas, perfect for socializing with family and friends or enjoying some quiet time alone.
