In the main building are situated the inside-out spacious living area connected through a large window that opens up to the outdoor terrace with a Home Cinema Projector, a lovely dining area filled with natural lights, along with the fully-equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces feature a wonderful infinity pool along with stylish sunbeds, a dreamy double day-bed, large sitting and dining areas for alfresco dinning completed by a pool bar and BBQ to enjoy unforgettable summer gatherings with family and friends. The location of this beautiful home is very convenient, offering guests the possibility to choose from diverse amazing beaches that are in close proximity. Minimum stay policy: 3 nights/low season, 5 nights/mid season, 7 nights/high season. Rates include night guard services (22:00 - 06:00). According to the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 € / villa / night that is not included in rental rate.
