Relax in front of the large smart TV and enjoy your favorite shows or Netflix. Sonus speakers are available on request for music enjoyment and relaxation inside the house. The expansive and fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an American refrigerator and a coffee machine. Outside on the terrace, you'll find a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people, an illuminated pool with lounging areas, a chill-out corner, and a small fitness area with yoga mats. Adjacent to the dining table, you'll discover a gas grill, perfect for enjoyable barbecue evenings and alfresco dining. Indulge in delicious grilled dishes and unwind in the splendid atmosphere of the terrace. An outdoor shower and toilet are also available. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating.
