This hillside property is East facing with a stunning view over the valley of Santa Gertrudis, virgin fields with almond and olive trees, pine forest and lush lawns. Inside the main finca you have 4 bedrooms, the original finca style kitchen with chimney and small cosy living room and then 2 separate guest bedrooms. The main living room with an open plan kitchen is located in the outer building between the main finca and pool area. With its three glass paneled sides, the room is bright and enjoy entertaining family and friends sweeping views over the pool and valley. The salt water pool is located on the lower grounds and surrounded with lush lawns and places to chill and relax. You also find a covered chillout with sofas, floor cousins and coffee table next to the bar area perfect for serving refreshments while enjoying days laying and splashing around in the pool. Enjoy the seasonal vegetables from the ecological garden and fruit trees such as oranges, lemons, clementins and apricots. The secluded estate offers the opportunity for soul-searching, walks around the finca, the sense of freedom and of well-being in nature, the ideal environment for a recovery from our more stressful lives. The sleeping arrangements BEDROOM 1 = The Master bedroom with ensuite shower room is located in the main finca, it’s the largest room with a 70sqm private terrace with orange and lemon trees and an outdoor shower. BEDROOM 2 = Located on the ground floor of the finca has an ensuite bathroom with shower and opens onto the front terrace. BEDROOM 3 = Also located on the ground floor of the main finca has an ensuite shower room and opens onto a small shared terrace with guest bedroom 5. BEDROOM 4 = Located upstairs in the finca and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A further 2 guest bedrooms are located in the grounds with no access to the main finca. BEDROOM 5 = Is the closest to the main finca and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. BEDROOM 6 = Has a small terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower and located close to the entrance to the property. This property makes for a perfect holiday for families and friends and all bedrooms have the possibility to be double bed or twins upon request. The lush gardens and grounds also make this property the perfect location for weddings and events.
