Exclusive finca close to the beach & Golf of Canyamel

The stylish finca "Logar" is located less than 4 kilometers from the coastal village of Canyamel. This place has a large beach, small supermarkets and some good restaurants to offer. The location of the finca is an ideal starting point for exploring the northeast of the island. Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor, for example, offer shopping opportunities and equally varied evening entertainment, in addition to other attractive beaches. In nearby Artà, the weekly market is held every Tuesday morning. This historic town with its narrow streets, Sant Salvador Castle and numerous inviting restaurants and cafés is worth a trip, and not just because of the market. Do you like to holiday close to the coast but are still looking for peace and privacy? Then the finca "Logar" is the right place for you. The wonderfully large outdoor area invites you to spend sun-kissed hours, while the turquoise-blue 4 x 10 pool offers true bathing pleasure for young and old. After sunbathing, relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers and enjoy the Spanish sun. If the sun is too intense, you can put up your parasol or retreat to the partially covered terrace. Next to the pool is the outdoor kitchen. When you return to your holiday home after a visit to the beach, you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy your barbecue a little later at the dining table on the terrace. If you are travelling with children, they can play and romp on the lawn opposite and you have a view of everything from the entire terrace. The interior of the house also leaves little to be desired. The large rooms are flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling windows, which gives a special flair. From the hallway, you pass a cosy seating area and enter an open-plan room. Here, the stylish dining and living area with a large sofa opposite a TV merge into a modern kitchen with top equipment. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom en suite, while two further bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, can be found on the upper floor. The guests of these two rooms share a nice bathroom. The fourth bedroom, also on this floor, offers the luxury of its own en suite bathroom. Likewise, one of these rooms has a reading nook as an appealing retreat. Only 5 minutes to the golf course or to the caves of Artà and 20 minutes to the nature park Llevant with its marine reserve and fantastic bays. Via the country road, you can also quickly reach the lively and well-known harbour town of Cala Ratjada with its promenade and varied nightlife. You can spend relaxing bathing days on the many idyllic sandy beaches of the east. With a little spirit of discovery, you will find some secluded natural coves there.
